FF EAI Robotics Ecosystem (FFR) highlighted the expanding product portfolio of Faraday Future Intelligent Electric (FFAI) EAI Robotics' business as it pursues a proposed acquisition valued at ~$200M.
FFAI’s (FFAI) robotics business has 24 products across three robot forms and five product series, with cumulative shipments of 552 units through August.
The business generated approximately $1.52M in cumulative revenue and reported an average gross margin of about 30.9% for its four-core full-stack AI robotics products in Q2.
The proposed all-stock deal remains subject to due diligence and approvals, with robotics revenue projected at $7.1M in 2026 and $45.17M in 2027.
Shares of FFR (FFR) fell 1.6% in after-hours trading Thursday to $1.20.
