Franco-Nevada承诺2亿澳元扩大Bullabulling黄金项目支持

Franco-Nevada (FNV) has agreed to provide an additional A$200M to Minerals 260 to support development of the Bullabulling Gold Project in Western Australia.
The package includes A$170M for an additional 1.45% gross royalty, taking Franco-Nevada’s total royalty interest in Bullabulling to 3.90%, and A$30M as a cornerstone investment in a future Minerals 260 equity raise.
The latest deal lifts Franco-Nevada’s total support for Bullabulling to A$420M (about $300M), following an A$220M financing package in February.
Franco-Nevada will fund the transaction from cash on hand; it had $1.0B in cash and $4.3B of available capital at June 30.
