Simon Property Group (SPG) said on Wednesday its operating partnership agreed to sell $400M of 5.25% senior notes due 2032 and $400M of 5.65% notes due 2036.
The company plans to use the proceeds to repay part or all of $750M of notes due 2026, with any remaining funds for general corporate purposes.
