诺和诺德将面临股东诉讼，指控CagriSema审判欺诈

- A New Jersey federal court judge on Tuesday said that Novo Nordisk (NVO) must face part of a shareholder lawsuit that accuses the Danish drugmaker of changing protocols in a key trial for its experimental type 2 diabetes and weight loss treatment CagriSema (cagrilintide/semaglutide).
- Plaintiffs say that the value of their Novo shares precipitously dropped after the discovery that protocols for the REDEFINE 1 trial were changed to permit participants to choose their dosages, Reuters reported.
- Judge Robert Kirsch, however, dismissed claims centering on alleged misleading statements and omissions.
- In February, Novo was dealt a blow after results from the REDEFINE 4 trial showed that a 15 mg dose of Eli Lilly's (LLY) tirzepatide (marketed as Zepbound) led to greater weight loss than CagriSema over 84 weeks.
