Amdocs (NASDAQ:DOX) on Wednesday said it has signed a multi‑year agreement with Optimum to extend its managed services engagement and accelerate business transformation using Amdocs’ AI-native solutions.
The deal focuses on Optimum’s broadband, mobile, and TV services, utilizing Amdocs’ amAIz Suite, a modular, telco-grade AI platform.
The collaboration includes AI-powered innovations such as the Bill Presenter, designed for more intuitive billing, and the GenAI Care Agent to assist customer care representatives with various service inquiries.
Additionally, amAIz Suite will assist Optimum's ongoing efforts to modernize its billing infrastructure, helping overcome legacy system challenges.
