恩智浦、LIS合资企业VSMC在新加坡开设耗资78亿美元的300毫米晶圆厂

VisionPower Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (VSMC), a joint venture between Vanguard International Semiconductor and NXP Semiconductors (NXPI), has opened its first 12-inch (300 mm) wafer fab in Tampines, Singapore.
Following the completion of construction, the facility has entered risk production, with full commercial manufacturing scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2027.
Representatives from TSMC (TSM) and other partners, along with customers, suppliers, industry associations, and government agencies, were present at the occasion, the statement said.
