Nuvei将以约27.5亿美元现金收购Payoneer Global

- Nuvei to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of common stock of Payoneer Global (PAYO) for $7.40 per share in cash, representing a total transaction equity value of ~$2.75B, the companies said on Monday.
- At close, the combined company is expected to generate approximately $3B in annual revenue and process more than $500B in annual payment volume for more than 2.4M customers
- Together, the companies will provide an unified financial infrastructure for businesses operating across top digital commerce platforms—such as Amazon (AMZN), eBay (EBAY), Walmart (WMT), Airbnb (ABNB), Fiverr (FVRR), Upwork, Etsy (ETSY), ByteDance (BDNCE), Shopify (SHOP), and WooCommerce.
- The transaction also strengthens Nuvei's ability to support emerging financial models, including agentic commerce, stablecoin payments, and platform-native financial services.
- The transaction has been approved by the Boards of Directors at Nuvei and Payoneer, and is expected to close in mid-2027.
