Prospect Capital将特别股东大会推迟至下周

Prospect Capital (NASDAQ:PSEC) said it adjourned its special meeting of shareholders until June 17, 2025, to allow more time to solicit stockholder votes for the proposal in its proxy.

The meeting, held on Monday, was to allow its stockholders to vote on a proposal to renew the company's authorization to sell shares of its common stock at a price or prices below the company's then current net asset value per share in one or more offerings during the next 12 months.

Prospect Capital (NASDAQ:PSEC) was unchanged in Monday after-hours trading.
