Sunshine Biopharma (SBFM) on Thursday announced the pricing of a public offering made on a reasonable best efforts basis with gross proceeds to the company expected to be about $6 million.
The offering consists of 10.9M common units, each consisting of one share of common stock or one pre-funded warrant and two Series D warrants to purchase one share of common stock per warrant at an initial exercise price of $0.66.
The public offering price per common unit is $0.55.
The pre-funded warrants will be immediately exercisable and may be exercised at any time until exercised in full.
The transaction is expected to close on or about October 9.
The company expects to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes and working capital.
