HubSpot宣布将裁员约7%

Marketing software firm HubSpot (HUBS) disclosed on Tuesday that it will let go roughly 7% of its workforce.
Shares rose more than 1% in premarket trading following the announcement.
HubSpot said it expects to incur charges of approximately $65M to $75M in conjunction with the restructuring and expects to recognize the majority of these charges in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026. It also expects the restructuring to be substantially complete by the end of the first quarter of fiscal year 2027.
With the restructuring, HubSpot reaffirmed its third-quarter and full-year guidance.
