Skyworks Solutions完成Qorvo收购

- Skyworks Solutions (SWKS) said on Monday that it has completed its acquisition to acquire Qorvo.
- As part of the deal, Qorvo shareholders will get $32.50 in cash and 0.96 shares of Skyworks for each share of Qorvo they own. Skyworks shareholders own approximately 63% of the combined company, while Qorvo shareholders will own the remaining 37%. The company will continue to operate as Skyworks and trade under the SWKS ticker symbol.
- The deal is expected to generate at least $500M in annual synergies, with the cost savings expected to be realized within 24 to 46 months after the companies are fully integrated. The acquisition is also expected to be immediately accretive to adjusted earnings per share.
- Skyworks added it will have more to say when it reports fiscal fourth-quarter results on Nov. 3.
