Veritone宣布注册直接发行1500万美元

Veritone (VERI) said on Thursday it agreed to sell 20M common shares in a registered direct offering for gross proceeds of approximately $15M.
The company plans to use the net proceeds, along with existing cash, to repay or restructure a portion of its convertible debt and for working capital and general corporate purposes.
The offering is expected to close around Oct. 2.
Needham & Company and A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners acted as co-placement agents for the offering.
