Maison Solutions (MSS) received a Nasdaq notice for failing to timely file its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended July 31, 2026, while its Form 10-K for fiscal 2026 also remains overdue.
The company is currently non-compliant with Nasdaq.
MSS has until October 19, 2026 to submit a compliance plan to Nasdaq.
If Nasdaq accepts the plan, the company could receive up to 180 additional calendar days, until February 9, 2027, to file the overdue Form 10-K and Form 10-Q.
If Nasdaq rejects the plan, MSS may appeal the decision to a Nasdaq Hearings Panel.
