REalloys任命稀土加工资深人士为COO

- REalloys (ALOY) appointed Dr. Muhammad Imran as COO, effective September 1, adding more than 17 years of rare-earth processing and project-execution experience from SRC.
- Imran will lead REalloys’ engineering, processing, capital-project execution, technology scale-up and supply-chain activities as the company advances its mine-to-magnet strategy.
- Under existing offtake agreements, REalloys (ALOY) has contracted to purchase the majority of SRC’s planned production of specified rare-earth products, including NdPr metal and dysprosium and terbium oxides.
- The stock traded marginally higher on Tuesday in pre-market hours.
