Transocanic Investments购买600万股股票;增持至19.43%

- Transoceanic Investments (OCEN:CA) said on Wednesday that Chairman Fahad Al-Tamimi bought 6M shares on September 22 for C$390K, at C$0.065 per share.
- Following the purchase, his direct stake increased to 32.9M shares, representing about 19.43% of the company.
- Including his warrants and stock options, his potential ownership rises to 41.2M shares, or about 23.19% on a partially diluted basis.
- Under the deal, Al-Tamimi cannot exercise convertible securities that would increase his ownership above 19.9% without shareholder approval.
- The company said the purchase was made for investment purposes. Al-Tamimi currently has no plans to buy or sell additional shares.
