- GMEX Robotics (GMEX) will implement a 1-for-9 share consolidation of all Class A, B and C ordinary shares effective September 28, 2026.
- The company will simultaneously reduce the par value of its shares from $0.8064 to $0.000001 per share.
- GMEX Class A shares will begin trading on a post-consolidation basis on September 28.
- The consolidation will reduce outstanding Class A shares from 6.77M to ~752,439.
