共和电力集团宣布16投1的反向股权拆分

- Republic Power Group (RPGL) announced on Wednesday it will effect a 1-for-16 reverse share split of its Class A and Class B ordinary shares, with a $0.50 par value, effective Sept. 25.
- The split is intended to help the company maintain compliance with Nasdaq's $1 minimum bid price requirement.
- The reverse split will reduce Class A ordinary shares outstanding from 16.71M to approximately 1.04M, subject to adjustments for fractional shares.
- No fractional shares will be issued.
- Following the split, the Class A ordinary shares will have an $8.00 par value per share.
- Transhare Corporation is acting as the exchange agent and paying agent for the reverse share split.
