2026年9月10日，今年香港綠色周衛星活動之一的「自然相關披露與生物多樣性風險評估」專題研討會在香港中環的東亞銀行大廈成功舉辦。本次活動邀請來自中國及全球的多位投資者、企業代表以及政策制定者、國際組織代表參加，與會者圍繞自然相關信息披露及生物多樣性風險議題展開深入討論。

本次研討會由中國責任投資論壇（China SIF）與中國氣候聯合參與平臺（CCEI）主辦，負責任投資原則組織（PRI）與FAIRR倡議聯合主辦，東亞銀行、中遠海運港口有限公司、商道融綠為戰略合作伙伴，聯合國開發計劃署生物多樣性金融倡議（UNDP BIOFIN）提供支持。

研討會開始時，中國責任投資論壇理事長郭沛源、東亞銀行副行政總裁兼營運總監唐漢城，以及中遠海運港口有限公司公共關係部總經理趙慧分別致辭。

首場專題「自然披露與股東參與」以爐邊對話形式展開，由郭沛源主持，FAIRR倡議總裁Fiona Reynolds與PRI首席政策與研究官Nathan Fabian參與對話。隨后，來自CDP、瑞萬通博資產管理、貝萊德、富達國際、匯豐資產管理及中遠海運港口等代表參與開放式討論。

第二場專題「生物多樣性風險評估」中，新開發銀行ESG總監Roman Novozhilov與渣打銀行高級可持續事務顧問兼混合融資項目主管John Murton先后發表主旨演講。來自東亞銀行、摩根大通資產管理、嘉實基金及CWR的高層代表隨后參與討論。

最后，聯合國開發計劃署生物多樣性金融倡議（BIOFIN）國家協調員冷斐做閉幕總結發言。

Satellite Event on Nature-related Disclosure and Biodiversity Risk Assessment Successfully Concludes at Hong Kong Green Week 2026

On Thursday, 10 September 2026, as part of Hong Kong Green Week 2026 (7-10 September), a satellite event titled "Nature-related Disclosure and Biodiversity Risk Assessment" was successfully held at The Bank of East Asia Building in Central, Hong Kong. It brought together investors, corporate representatives, policymakers, and international organization representatives from China and around the world for in-depth discussions on nature-related disclosure and biodiversity risk assessment issues.

This event was organized by the China Sustainable Investment Forum (China SIF) and the China Climate Engagement Initiative (CCEI), co-hosted by the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) and the FAIRR Initiative, with strategic partners The Bank of East Asia (BEA), COSCO SHIPPING Ports Limited, SynTao Green Finance, and the United Nations Development Programme Biodiversity Finance Initiative (UNDP BIOFIN) as supporting organization.

Opening remarks were delivered by Peiyuan Guo, Chairman of China SIF and SynTao Green Finance; Hon-shing Tong, Deputy Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officer of BEA; and Venus Zhao, General Manager and Head of the Investor Relations Division of COSCO SHIPPING Ports.

The first session "Nature Finance — Disclosure and Engagement" was opened with a fireside discussion moderated by Peiyuan Guo with Fiona Reynolds, President of the FAIRR Initiative, and Nathan Fabian, Chief Policy & Research Officer of PRI.Senior representatives of CDP, Vontobel Asset Management, BlackRock, Fidelity International, HSBC Asset Management, and COSCO SHIPPING Ports joined the open discussion.

The second session "Biodiversity Risk Assessment" featured lead speeches by Roman Novozhilov, Chief of ESG at the New Development Bank (NDB), and John Murton, Senior Sustainability Advisor and Head of Blended Finance Programmes at Standard Chartered Bank. Senior representatives of BEA, J.P. Morgan Asset Management, Harvest Fund, and CWR joined the open discussion.

The closing remarks were delivered by Fei Leng, UNDP BIOFIN National Coordinator.
