InnovAge宣布进行1000万股二次发行

InnovAge Holding (INNV) said on Tuesday Apax Partners- and Welsh Carson-affiliated funds are offering 10M existing shares in a secondary offering.
The selling stockholders may grant underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.5M shares.
InnovAge will not receive proceeds from the sale but will bear certain offering-related expenses.
Barclays, Goldman Sachs, and Wells Fargo Securities are the joint book-running managers.
