索拉里斯能源基础设施宣布发行10亿美元的高级票据

Solaris Energy Infrastructure (SEI) announced on Tuesday its subsidiary Solaris Energy Infrastructure LLC plans to offer $1B of senior notes due 2032.
The company expects to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, growth capital expenditures, and offering-related fees and expenses.
The notes will be guaranteed on a senior unsecured basis by Solaris and certain of its subsidiaries.
The offering will be limited to qualified institutional buyers in the U.S. and eligible non-U.S. investors outside the U.S.
