Gauzy收到纳斯达克退市通知

- Gauzy (GAUZ) said on Monday it received a Nasdaq delisting notice dated Sept. 15 and plans to appeal the determination before the Nasdaq Hearings Panel.
- The company failed to regain compliance with the $1 minimum bid price requirement by Sept. 14, following a 180-day compliance period granted in March.
- Nasdaq also cited the company’s failure to file its December 31, 2025, Form 20-F as an additional basis for delisting.
- The company plans to appeal by Sept. 22, citing its improved financial position.
