支付寶，大消息！最新調整和人事任命

9月21日，螞蟻集團CEO韓歆毅發佈全員信，正式宣佈支付寶進行組織調整與人事任命，以加速佈局智能體商業。

根據調整，支付寶事業群、數字支付事業群和芝麻信用事業部將「會師」，組建全新的支付寶事業群。吳敏芝將擔任新支付寶事業群總裁，併兼任螞蟻CPO。

從個人履歷來看，吳敏芝於2021年8月加入螞蟻集團，目前擔任螞蟻集團資深副總裁、首席人才官。在此之前，其在阿里巴巴集團任職20余年，先后擔任阿里巴巴國際貿易事業群總裁、B2B事業群總裁、阿里巴巴首席客户官等崗位。

韓歆毅在信中表示，隨着AI技術發展和行業滲透加速，智能體商業正迎來規模化爆發，而支付寶此前提出的「雙飛輪」戰略正是為迎接這一時刻。過去三年，支付寶在AI支付及Agent信任機制、AI錢包、個人生活助手「阿寶」、線下「碰一下」、多終端生態等方面持續佈局。

「此次組織調整的核心目標，是進一步聚攏技術、產品和生態能力，強化商家服務體系——讓每個用户擁有一個AI錢包和生活助手，讓每個商家通過支付寶AI開放平臺更好服務用户、實現生意增長，讓支付寶的智能體商業生態在AI時代更加便捷、安全和可信。」全員信顯示。

今年6月份，螞蟻集團官網信息顯示，該集團新一屆董事會已完成換屆。具體來看，清華大學經濟管理學院院長白重恩、小鵬汽車董事長兼CEO何小鵬、德勤中國原首席執行官曾順福獲聘新任獨立董事；港交所前主席史美倫、全球知名AI學者張宏江繼續留任。

換屆后，螞蟻集團董事會繼續保持9人陣型，獨立董事佔比超過50%。券商中國記者瞭解到，此次新增的三位獨董中，經濟學家白重恩長期深度研究經濟增長和經濟結構轉型；小鵬汽車董事長兼CEO何小鵬具備前沿科技產業實踐及企業管理經驗；曾順福多年深耕於國際金融與科創領域。他們將與史美倫、張宏江一道，組成兼具前沿科技、產業一線與全球化背景的獨董團隊，將為螞蟻集團的AI戰略提供獨立、專業的董事會層面意見和監督。

目前，螞蟻集團正全面推進AI化轉型。據瞭解，2025年，螞蟻集團研發投入創下歷史新高，重點投向通用人工智能、數據要素、可信AI及安全等領域，研發投入達350.3億元。

回溯來看，2024年12月，螞蟻集團發佈內部信官宣成立數字支付事業群和支付寶事業群兩大事業群，並建立輪值總裁制，輪值總裁任期六個月。「支付寶雙飛輪」組織陣型由此確定。
