QuickLogic任命James Sullivan首席财务官，重申第三季度指导

- QuickLogic (QUIK) has appointed James Sullivan as its new senior vice president of finance and CFO, effective October 5.
- He replaced Elias Nader, who resigned effective September 18 to pursue other opportunities.
- Sullivan most recently served as CFO of Peraso, a publicly traded semiconductor company focused on mmWave wireless technology. He previously spent 14 years as CFO of MoSys and also held CFO roles at Apptera and 8x8.
- The company also said its previously announced Q3 2026 guidance remains unchanged.
