- Seer (SEER) said President, CFO, and Treasurer David Horn will depart the company effective October 1, 2026, to pursue a new opportunity at a private company.
- Charles Endweiss, currently Seer’s VP of Financial Planning & Analysis, will become treasurer, principal financial officer, and principal accounting officer effective October 1.
- Horn has been part of Seer’s leadership team for more than six years, while Endweiss has been with the company for nearly five years.
