Lument Finance Trust暂停第三季度普通股股息

- Lument Finance Trust (LFT) suspended its Q3 dividend, citing expectations that it will meet its 2026 REIT taxable income distribution requirements while preserving capital and financial flexibility.
- The company said H1 2026 common dividends totaled $0.80 per share, exceeding its REIT taxable income for the period and expected FY distribution requirements. It does not expect to need additional common distributions to meet its 2026 REIT requirements.
- The Board will continue to review the dividend policy based on portfolio performance, taxable income, liquidity, and overall capital requirements, the company said.
- Lument Finance Trust also declared a $0.4921875 per-share dividend on its 7.875% Cumulative Redeemable Series A Preferred Stock. The preferred dividend is payable October 15 to stockholders of record as of October 1.
