Aura Minerals获得2亿美元银团贷款安排

Aura Minerals (AUGO) said on Friday it entered into a $200M syndicated loan facility at its holding company level.
The five-year loan carries interest at SOFR plus 2.70% annually and has a two-year grace period, the company said.
Aura said it plans to use the proceeds to fund supplier payments and prepay costs related to producing and selling its goods.
Citi and Itaú BBA acted as joint lead arrangers and bookrunners.
