9月14日，寶通與SimFer在無錫正式簽署西芒杜鐵礦長期智能運營保障服務協議（SERV合同）。力拓集團中國和西芒杜採購總經理屈利琦等高層採購代表出席簽約儀式。寶通董事長包志方攜營銷總公司及幾內亞公司高管團隊共同出席。

On September 14, BOTON and SimFer formally signed a long-term intelligent operations support services agreement for the Simandou iron ore project (the 「SERV Agreement」) in Wuxi, China. Lizzy Wat, Rio Tinto’s General Manager for China and Simandou Procurement, attended the signing ceremony together with other senior procurement representatives. BOTON Chairman Bao Zhifang was joined by senior executives from the company’s global marketing organization and its Guinea operations.

此次簽約標誌着雙方合作從產品供應、現場安裝延伸至長期運營保障與全生命周期服務，是寶通全球化服務戰略落地的關鍵里程碑，也是公司第二業務增長曲線服務業務在全球頂級礦山和頂級客户上的重要實踐。

The agreement marks an important expansion of the partnership between BOTON and SimFer, from product supply and on-site installation to long-term intelligent operations support and lifecycle services. It represents a key milestone in BOTON’s global service strategy and an important step in building services into the company’s second growth engine through engagement with world-class mining operations and leading global customers.

寶通與SimFer的合作始於2024年。兩年多來，雙方圍繞西芒杜項目輸送帶產品供應、現場安裝及后續運營服務持續推進。2025年底，寶通參與SimFer長期運營保障服務項目，經過多輪技術、商務交流及現場走訪，最終促成此次正式簽約。

BOTON’s cooperation with SimFer began in 2024. Over the past two years, the two sides have steadily expanded their collaboration around conveyor belt supply, on-site installation and operational services for the Simandou project.In late 2025, BOTON became involved in SimFer’s long-term operational support services project. Following multiple rounds of technical and commercial discussions, as well as site visits, the parties reached the agreement formally signed this month.

西芒杜鐵礦是世界級鐵礦項目，對輸送系統的安全性、穩定性和全生命周期服務能力提出了極高要求。此次簽約，意味着寶通將全面承接西芒杜鐵礦輸送系統的長期智能維護保障。 

Simandou is a world-class iron ore project with exacting requirements for the safety, reliability and lifecycle support of its conveying systems. Under the new agreement, BOTON will assume responsibility for the long-term intelligent maintenance and operational support of conveying systems at the Simandou mine.

簽約儀式上，寶通首次面向全球正式發佈「SERV產品」，作為公司第二業務增長曲線的核心服務產品。「SERV」代表Safety（安全）、Efficiency（效率）、Reliability（可靠性）、Value Creation（價值創造），四個單詞的首字母組合恰為「Service」——服務。這不僅是寶通對客户的鄭重承諾，更是公司從產品供應商向輸送系統全生命周期服務夥伴轉型的戰略宣言。

At the signing ceremony, BOTON officially launched SERV globally for the first time as a core service offering within the company’s second growth engine.SERV stands for Safety, Efficiency, Reliability and Value Creation. Together, the four initials form 「SERV」, a direct reference to service. More than a commitment to customers, SERV represents BOTON’s strategic transition from a product supplier to a lifecycle service partner for conveying systems.

寶通董事長包志方在致辭中表示：

Speaking at the ceremony, BOTON Chairman Bao Zhifang said:

「SERV is an important step in turning BOTON’s service capabilities into a clearly defined and scalable offering. Through SERV, we aim to transform the global project experience, technical capabilities and service standards we have built over many years into a systematic service model that can be replicated and deployed across markets, creating lasting value for major mining customers worldwide.」

圍繞合同執行，包志方提出「對標世界一流標準、全球協同本地紮根、以智能化守護安全與效率、以數據驅動全生命周期價值」四個行動方向，以專業護航這一世界頂級礦山的智慧高效運營。目前，寶通的全生命周期服務能力已覆蓋狀態評估、預防性維護、接頭與修復、現場技術支持、運行優化及智能監測、智能巡檢等環節，並在澳洲、非洲、東南亞及中國多個礦山、港口、鋼鐵和電力項目中持續實踐。

For the delivery of the agreement, Bao outlined four priorities: benchmarking against world-class standards; combining global coordination with strong local delivery; using intelligent technologies to safeguard safety and efficiency; and applying data to drive value throughout the asset lifecycle.Today, BOTON’s lifecycle service capabilities span condition assessment, preventive maintenance, splicing and repair, on-site technical support, operational optimization, intelligent monitoring and automated inspection. These capabilities are already being applied across mining, port, steel and power projects in Australia, Africa, Southeast Asia and China.

踐行「社群共生」ESG戰略

BOTON Establishes Guinea Community

 Development Fund to Advance Its 

ESG Commitment to Shared Community Prosperity

簽約當天，寶通同步宣佈設立「寶通幾內亞社區發展基金」，擬首期投入人民幣100萬元，在幾內亞重點支持社區教育、公共健康與衞生、青年技能培訓及女性賦能等領域。

On the day of the signing, BOTON also announced the establishment of the BOTON Guinea Community Development Fund, with an initial planned contribution of RMB 1 million. The fund will focus on community education, public health and sanitation, youth skills development and women’s empowerment in Guinea.

這一舉措是寶通ESG戰略中「社群共生」理念的具體落地。 一個真正成功的項目，不僅要創造經濟價值，更要為當地社會和環境帶來積極而長久的改變。包志方表示，「我們希望通過社區發展基金，與幾內亞當地社區建立長期、穩定、可持續的連接，讓寶通在西芒杜的每一份努力，都能轉化為當地社區實實在在的福祉。」

The initiative is a concrete expression of BOTON’s ESG commitment to growing together with the communities in which it operates. A truly successful project should not only create economic value, but also generate positive and lasting benefits for local communities and the environment.Bao said:「Through the Community Development Fund, we hope to build a long-term, stable and sustainable connection with local communities in Guinea, so that every effort BOTON makes at Simandou can translate into tangible benefits for the people who live there.」

At Simandou, BOTON is advancing an integrated model of intelligent and sustainable services designed for major mining customers worldwide.With Simandou as a strategic platform, the agreement marks BOTON’s transition from the early stages of international service expansion toward a new phase centered on lifecycle services and long-term value creation. The company is building a more resilient, customer-focused and sustainable service system for major resource projects around the world.

Going forward, BOTON will combine the capabilities of its local team in Guinea with its global resources to further integrate preventive maintenance, intelligent monitoring and on-site technical services into project operations.Working closely with the SimFer team, BOTON will also support local capability building, employee training and community development in Guinea, contributing to the long-term and sustainable development of the Simandou project.

Its development is strategically significant to the global supply of high-grade iron ore and to the steel industry’s transition toward lower-carbon production.
