CleanSpark子公司提议发行22亿美元票据

- CleanSpark (CLSK) said its wholly owned subsidiary, CSDC Finance I, plans to offer $2.227B of senior secured notes due 2031 in a private offering, subject to market conditions and other factors.
- The company said proceeds will be used to finance the remaining construction costs of its Sandersville data center facility, reimburse CleanSpark for certain prior equity contributions related to the project, and fund debt-service reserves.
