VersaBank获得股东批准拟议的重组

- VersaBank (VBNK) said shareholders overwhelmingly approved the bank’s proposed reorganization at a special meeting held September 16.
- The reorganization will make new Delaware corporation Versa Bancorp the direct parent of VersaBank (VBNK), with 99.69% of the 21.98M shares voted in favor.
- VersaBank (VBNK) said the reorganization will support growth in the U.S. and Canada, including its Structured Receivable Program in the U.S. and renewed Canadian growth.
- The reorganization is targeted for completion by the end of October 2026.
