IBM的Anderon最终获得美国商务部10亿美元芯片奖

- IBM’s (IBM) Anderon has finalized a $1B award under the CHIPS Act from the US Department of Commerce, with the funding set to support research and development aimed at expanding US quantum wafer manufacturing capabilities.
- The award follows a letter of intent announced in May between the Commerce Department and IBM. Anderon is also backed by an additional $1B investment from IBM.
- Based in Albany, New York, Anderon operates a 300-millimeter pure-play quantum wafer foundry designed to serve customers across the broader quantum technology industry.
