- Tenet Healthcare (THC) traded lower as markets opened Tuesday after Richard Mark, one of its directors, disclosed the sale of more than $2.6M worth of shares of the hospital operator.
- In a regulatory filing on Monday, Mark reported selling 10K shares of Tenet Healthcare (THC) for an average price of $263.42 each. The transaction, worth $2.63M, took place on Thursday, cutting his ownership in Tenet (THC) by roughly 28% to about 25.1K shares.
- His divestment comes as the Dallas, Texas-based firm trades nearly 40% above its year-ago level.
