Maxim Power (MXG:CA) received TSX approval to launch a normal course issuer bid to repurchase up to 3.17M common shares, or ~5% of shares outstanding.
The NCIB will begin on September 16, 2026 and run through September 15, 2027, unless completed or terminated earlier.
MAXIM had 63.46M shares outstanding as of September 2, 2026.
