Celestica (CLS) announced on Friday that Mandeep Chawla will become Group President, Global Markets, while Todd Ankenmann will succeed him as CFO, effective Oct. 1, 2026.
Chawla has served as CFO since 2017 and will now oversee commercial execution and global market expansion as the company works to scale its business and capture growing demand across its end markets.
Ankenmann, currently SVP of Finance, will take over as CFO. He joined Celestica in 2018 and has held key roles in financial planning, reporting, and commercial execution.
Celestica said the leadership changes are designed to support its strong growth trajectory and long-term expansion while strengthening the executive structure for the next phase of growth.
On the market side, the stock traded ~2% higher at ~$332 in the pre-market hours.
