TTM科技公司将2034年到期的5亿美元优先票据定价为6.750%

- TTM Technologies (TTMI) announced on Thursday that it priced $500M of senior notes due 2034 at 6.750% interest in a private offering.
- The sale is expected to close on September 24, 2026, subject to customary conditions.
- The net proceeds, along with expected $300M incremental senior secured Term Loan A and $800M Term Loan B borrowings, will be primarily used to fund the proposed acquisition of Epiq Solutions.
- The company may also use part of the proceeds for general corporate purposes, including reducing borrowings used to fund its proposed Swiss Technology Group acquisition, as well as related fees and expenses.
- If the Epiq Solutions acquisition is not completed by November 15, 2026, subject to certain extensions, the firm will be required to redeem the notes at 100% of principal plus accrued and unpaid interest.
