Theravance面临多起试图阻止Zymeworks收购的诉讼

- Theravance Biopharma (TBPH) is facing at least three lawsuits that aim to scuttle its planned $929M acquisition by Zymeworks (ZYME).
- The legal actions seek to enjoin Theravance from proceeding with the deal unless the company discloses material information allegedly withheld from proxy statements.
- The plaintiffs also call for the cancellation of the agreement and/or damages if the transaction goes through.
- Theravance also disclosed in the 8-K filing that it has received 13 demand letters from law firms representing shareholders regarding the deal.
