CGI (GIB) has acquired Callibrity, strengthening CGI's presence in Cincinnati and expanding the company's capabilities in production-ready enterprise AI, platform engineering, and digital product development.
The transaction closed on September 8, 2026.
Founded in 2007, Callibrity is an end-to-end technology consulting firm that brings together developers, strategists, and engineers to help clients solve complex technology challenges.
GIB shares are up 1.2% premarket.
