Ingram Micro推出1310万股二级销售以及回购计划

- Ingram Micro (INGM) announced on Tuesday that Ingram Holdco, an affiliate of Platinum Equity that holds shares of Ingram Micro, has launched a secondary offering of 13.125M shares.
- The underwriter has a 30-day option to buy about 1.969M additional shares.
- The company will not receive any proceeds from the offering; all net proceeds will go to the selling stockholder.
- Separately, the company plans to repurchase 625K shares from the underwriter at the offering price, using cash on hand.
- Goldman Sachs (GS) is the sole underwriter.
- On the market side, the stock traded ~3.80% lower at ~$27.30 in the after-hours.
