埃克森美孚的先锋推出21亿美元高级票据现金回购

- ExxonMobil (XOM) announced on Tuesday that its wholly owned subsidiary, Pioneer Natural Resources, offered to buy for cash any and all of its outstanding senior notes totaling $2.1B.
- The offer covers $1.1B of 1.900% senior notes due 2030 and $1.0B of 2.150% senior notes due 2031. Notes purchased will be cancelled.
- Holders will receive a cash price based on the applicable U.S. Treasury reference yield plus a fixed spread of 30 basis points for the 2030 notes and 35 basis points for the 2031 notes, plus accrued interest.
- The tender offers expire at 5:00 p.m. ET on September 14, 2026, with the price expected to be determined at 2:00 p.m. ET that day, and settlement is expected on September 16, 2026.
- There is no minimum tender requirement, and results are expected shortly after the expiration date.
- On the market side, the ExxonMobil stock traded ~1.34 higher at ~$161.56.
