- Liberty Global (LBTYA) has agreed to sell telecom towers owned by Dutch operator VodafoneZiggo for about €670M to a consortium led by DigitalBridge, the Financial Times reported on Tuesday.
- The consortium also includes TD Greystone Infrastructure and L&G. A deal could be announced as soon as Tuesday.
- The sale is part of preparations for a potential listing of Ziggo Group in 2H of 2027.
