Metallus任命新首席执行官，2027年生效

Metallus (MTUS) chief executive officer Michael S. Williams will retire from his roles effective December 31, 2026, including his position on the board.
Kris R. Westbrooks, currently president and chief operating officer, will succeed Williams as president and CEO and join the board effective January 1, 2027.
Williams will remain with Metallus as special advisor to the CEO and board through June 30, 2027.
