Spirit Blockchain将发行430万股股票以偿还21.5万美元的债务

Spirit Blockchain Capital (OTCQB: SBLCF) announced on Thursday that it plans to issue 4.3M common shares at a deemed price of C$0.05 per share, valued at C$215.02K.
The shares will settle amounts owed for previously provided corporate, management, advisory, technology, investor relations, and communications services.
Of the total, 600K shares will go to a non-arm’s-length party, while 3.7M shares will be issued to arm’s-length contractors and service providers.
The shares are expected to be issued on August 27, 2026, subject to regulatory and CSE approval, and will carry resale restrictions through December 28, 2026.
The company said the equity settlement will reduce current liabilities without using cash, helping preserve liquidity for operations, technology development, and other priorities.
CEO Suha Askary said the company is shifting its focus toward commercial execution, with plans to bring its technology solutions to market and build a foundation for revenue generation.
