CyclomX获得结直肠癌抗体-药物结合物快速通道地位

The US FDA has granted Fast Track designation to CytomX's (CYTM) antibody-drug conjugate Varseta-M (varsetatug masetecan) for metastatic colorectal cancer.
The asset is aimed at epithelial cell adhesion molecule (EpCAM) with a topoisomerase-1 inhibitor payload.
Varseta-M is currently in phase 1. CytomX is eyeing a first registrational trial in H1 2027.
