Immatics推出1.5亿美元证券发行

Immatics (IMTX) has agreed to sell 12.95M ordinary shares at $8.69 each, along with pre-funded warrants to purchase another 4.32M shares at $8.689 per warrant, in an underwritten offering expected to raise $150M in gross proceeds.
The offering is expected to close Aug. 26, subject to customary conditions. Immatics has also granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 2.59M additional shares at the offering price, less underwriting discounts.
