Synergy CHC (SNYR) announced on Friday that it received a Nasdaq notice over its delayed Q2 2026 Form 10-Q filing.
Nasdaq said the delay puts the company out of compliance with the listing rule, which requires timely filing of periodic reports with the SEC.
The notice has no immediate effect on the listing or trading of Synergy CHC common stock.
The company has until October 19, 2026, to submit a compliance plan to Nasdaq.
Nasdaq may give the company until February 10, 2027, to regain compliance.
Following the announcement, the stock crashed nearly 10% to ~$0.11 in the pre-market hours.
