Sera Prognostics任命Scott Gleason为首席财务官，8月31日生效

- Sera Prognostics (SERA) announced on Wednesday that Scott Gleason will become CFO, effective August 31, 2026.
- Gleason has more than 25 years of healthcare, diagnostics, and capital markets experience and most recently served at Neogen Corporation.
- CEO Zhenya Lindgardt said Gleason’s financial and capital markets experience will support the company’s growth and commercialization of the PreTRM Test.
- Austin Aerts, who has served as CFO since June 2023, will transition to an advisory role focused on strategic initiatives and ensuring a smooth transition.
