Aurinia与Teva和解Lupkynis专利诉讼

Teva Pharmaceutical Industries (TEVA) will not be able to launch a generic version of Aurinia Pharmaceuticals' (AUPH) Lupkynis (voclosporin) until Dec. 7, 2036, at the earliest under a settlement.
Teva had filed an Abbreviated New Drug Application to sell generic voclosporin.
Aurinia has patent litigation against several other generic companies seeking to market generic voclosporin.
