XCharge宣布1/20 ADS反向拆分

XCharge (XCH) will change its ADS ratio from 1 ADS representing 40 Class A shares to 1 ADS representing 800 shares, equivalent to a 1-for-20 reverse split for ADS holders.
The ADS ratio change will take effect at the Nasdaq open on August 21, 2026.
XCharge expects the ADS trading price to rise proportionally following the change, but does not guarantee a 20-fold increase.
