Edible Garden (EDBL) said on Tuesday it has appointed Jon Gutoski as CFO, effective Aug. 17, 2026.
Gutoski previously served as the company’s Controller since June 2026 and succeeds Kostas Dafoulas, who resigned as interim CFO effective Aug. 14.
Gutoski brings experience in financial leadership and operational finance, with prior senior roles at NOW CFO, Design House, and Merck KGaA.
