FocalTherics宣布提供公开ADS

FocalTherics (FOCL) has commenced an underwritten public offering of ADSs, with all shares to be sold by the company.
The company expects to grant underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the ADSs offered.
FocalTherics plans to use the net proceeds for operating costs, capital expenditures, working capital and other general corporate purposes.
FOCL shares down 5.5% post-market.
