东航工业重新遵守纳斯达克年会规则

- CEA Industries (BNC) announced on Monday that it has regained compliance with Nasdaq’s annual meeting rules, which require listed companies to hold an annual stockholder meeting within 12 months of their fiscal year-end.
- The company held its 2026 Special Meeting in Lieu of Annual Meetings of Stockholders on July 22, 2026, and filed the final voting results with the SEC on July 24, 2026, resolving the compliance issue previously raised by Nasdaq.
- Nasdaq has confirmed that the compliance matter is closed, with the company’s common stock and warrants continuing to trade under BNC, BNCWW, and BNCWZ tickers.
